Our Buddy Program is the biggest and most people-connecting initiative at ESN ISM. Every semester we recruit local students who want to help exchange students adapt to life in Lithuania and at ISM University.
What is a Buddy?
A Buddy is a local student volunteer who supports one or more incoming exchange students during their stay.
